Scholarship Amount
The following are possible ways the Utrecht Excellence Scholarship can be awarded:
- The tuition fee, or
- The Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND) determines if the tuition charge, or the tuition fee plus the income required for a year, is related to a residence visa for study.
Scholarship Duration
In the second year of the two-year master’s degree, the scholarship can be extended.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Utrecht Excellence’s scholarship, you must:
- You have to have an outstanding record and be a good student.
- Your passport cannot be from the EU or EEA.
- You must have finished your bachelor’s degree or secondary education abroad, outside the Netherlands.
- You must apply to an international master’s program with a September 1, 2024, start date.
