ETH Zurich Scholarship Coverage
The following advantages are offered to recipients of ETH Zurich Scholarships:
- The Excellence Scholarship/ESOP comprises a scholarship that covers tuition fees as well as accommodation and study expenses (CHF 12,000 per semester).
- The ETH-D Scholarship includes both a tuition fee remission and a scholarship for accommodation and educational expenses (CHF 7,500 per semester). The department will also offer an assistantship (paying CHF 500–600 per month) or a scholarship worth CHF 3000 every semester. How to Apply for ETH Zurich Scholarship 2024 – 2025?
To get this scholarship, please take the following measures:
- Applications for the ESOP and ETH-D scholarships are submitted through the online master application system, eApply.
- Please submit a different application for each Master’s program you wish to apply for if you wish to do so.
- You must attach a pre-proposal for your master’s thesis together with the required master’s admissions documentation. Details can be found here (PDF, 70 KB).
The master’s thesis pre-proposal must be created by the students themselves and adhere to accepted scientific citation standards.
Plagiarism, careless or deliberate disinformation, or both, will result in exclusion from the admissions process or, if discovered thereafter, in the cancellation of admission and any associated scholarships.
For your ESOP application, you must list two references if your study program does not request them.
