Salary: 75,000 to 150,000

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

Meeting planned sales goals.

Close at least 3 personal deals every Month.

Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

Tracking sales goals and reporting results, as necessary.

Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

Promoting the organization and products.

Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Continuously improve through feedback

Write and pass at least one Microsoft certification Exam monthly.

Managing clients’ accounts.

Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

Sourcing for hardware vendors.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree preferably in business and management or any other related field.

1 – 2 years of sales/marketing experience

Experience with Microsoft solutions will be an added advantage

Ability to make intelligent business decisions

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to nurture relationships with clients (new and existing)

Ability to qualify leads

Decision-making and problem-solving skills

Ability to organize events for customers to pitch about a particular product

Monthly KPI:

Close at least 3 new deals

Be able to close 70% of leads that would be generated by the management.

Customer retention through the introduction of new solutions to an existing customer.
