Former presidential aid Reno Omokri has reacted happily to the win of Tinubu as the leader/flagbearer for APC saying they have fallen into the trap of Nigerians.
Reno Omokri is among the few that are against Tinubu becoming president in 2023 and the fact that the APC has elected him as their leader/flagbearer for the next election is a piece of exciting news to him because he believes he wouldn’t make it as president next year.
According to Reno Omokri, Tinubu is a flawed candidate but that is not even the challenge now as he quizzes who will be his running mate to become his vice if he wins the election because a Northern Christian won’t get Northerner’s vote and he can’t survive a Muslim-Muslim ticket.
Putting away the fact that Tinubu is a flawed candidate, Reno Omokri raised another issue that the APC needs to look into very well before the elections if they want to win the election even though most Nigerians believe he won’t win since he has nothing better for them.
