Ray Charles Robinson Sr.(born September 23, 1930) popularly known as Ray Charles, was an American singer, songwriter, pianist, and composer. He is regarded as a legendary singer, also sometimes regarded as “The Genius”.
Early Life & Education
Ray Charles was born and raised in Albany, Georgia, He started having interest in music at the age of three, when Pitman played boogie woogie on an old upright piano, and he watched him play, Pitman started teaching Charles how to play the piano at that tender age.
