”If You Don’t Like me I Don’t Care, I Have Much Grown-Up Things to Worry About ” -Linda Ikeji

Internationally celebrated media mogul and entrepreneur, Linda Ikeji has sent out a cryptic post to her enemies who pretend to be friends with her.

Linda has established herself as one of the successful bloggers in Nigeria and the African continent at large so it has surely attracted a lot of negative energy to her.

In a recent post sighted on her Instagram page, she rocked a beautiful dark dress with a handbag. She asserted that she has grown to the extent that she does not care anymore if she sees people hating on her.

She explained that there are pertinent and more important issues she needs to worry about so she cant waste her time thinking about peoples opinions.

She wrote: ” if you like me, I like you, if you don’t like me, I don’t care, I have more grown up stuff to worry about ”

Not too long ago, Linda Ikeji celebrated 15 years in blogging and she was hailed by her fans and colleagues who saw her rise through the ranks.

She thanked her fans for rocking with her brand through the years as she penned down how she started out in the game.

She wrote: I started with introducing myself, then subsequent blog posts was me sharing personal stuff which was the order of the day back then but sometime in early 2007, I decided I wanted to stop talking about myself and start talking about other people…lol. And so, it became a gossip/news blog.. which was extremely rare in those days, making The Linda Ikeji Blog one of the pioneers of entertainment news online in Nigeria. A standing ovation please.

Writing about news and gossip brought a lot of traffic to my blog. A few years later, I had an advert rate and brands started paying to get on my platform. It was life changing!

At some point, from 2013 till about 2016, 60% of all advert placed online came to LIB. We balled mehn…lol. And bought a house in Banana…

I’m so grateful for this platform. Grateful to all the readers. To the ones that no longer go there and the millions of you that are still there and keeping us in business, I can’t thank you enough. Because of you, the blog is still thriving.
